Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By using the shuvo website or application, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms and Conditions. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and apply to adult users residing in Bangladesh. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms operate alongside shuvo's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines. Through age verification, we ensure that only individuals aged 18 or above may use this platform. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal penalties.
Shuvo reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, a notice will be posted on the platform along with the effective date. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Account Creation, Verification & Security
Each user may register only one account. If a single individual is found to have created multiple accounts, shuvo reserves the right to close all of them and forfeit any associated balances. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Accounts created using false information may be terminated at any time.
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials strictly confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, and always log out after using a public computer. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact shuvo Support immediately. shuvo is not liable for security breaches resulting from the user's own disclosure of their credentials.
For withdrawals or transactions above certain thresholds, shuvo reserves the right to verify your identity via national ID or passport. Withdrawals may be held pending until the KYC process is completed. This process is a mandatory legal requirement.
Shuvo is primarily operated for users in Bangladesh. Access to the platform may be restricted from certain countries or regions. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the local laws of their own country.

All financial transactions on shuvo are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits can be made via bkash, Nagad, and other approved mobile payment methods. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — all transactions must be made from an account registered in your own name.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24–72 hours. Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements, which are clearly communicated alongside each bonus offer. shuvo reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending in cases of suspected fraud or incomplete KYC verification. There are no hidden charges on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

The shuvo platform provides its services on an "as-is" basis. shuvo is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors, server outages, or loss of internet connectivity. Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG), and in the event a game is interrupted mid-session, the matter will be handled in accordance with our refund policy. All decisions to participate in betting or gaming are entirely your own, and any financial risk involved is yours to bear.

The shuvo platform may utilise services from third-party game providers and payment gateways. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Shuvo reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, with or without cause. Accounts may be closed due to violations of these Terms, suspected illegal activity, or regulatory directives. Where a valid balance exists, users will be given the opportunity to withdraw funds prior to closure; however, balances may be forfeited in cases of Terms violations.
Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Shuvo reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified on the platform in a timely manner when significant changes are made. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you have a dispute or complaint, please first attempt to resolve it through our Support team. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the matter may be brought before a competent court in Bangladesh. We are committed to resolving all disputes in a fair and transparent manner.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
